No ... seriously.

Maybe it won't stand up in court, or maybe it will. There seems to be no end to the hubris.

+Michael Fullerton If these companies poured just 1/10 of their energy and resources into meaningful tort reform legislation they wouldn't need to resort to these tactics.

Brian Williams covering #GinandJuice on #TheTonightShow is genius.
NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams wants you to know he never said “hippity.” Jimmy Fallon has turned Williams into a rap star through videos...

People complain when it goes up a few cents, but it's still one of the great bargains in the world.

Very interesting short report on the US Postal Service, past & present.

Some of the nicest folks I've had to deal with in an Urgent Care. Everyone knew what to do. I saw the doctor (Dr. Sands) in a very timely manner and she was great. Very professional and caring. Had my missing C.O.S. fixed up in no time. ;-) I Highly recommend them.

Prior to purchasing our new home, we were told by the home inspector that we had the option of patching the roof and that we would probably need a new roof soon, but it was not urgent. After closing on the home, we discovered that the issues were much more serious and the roof would need a lot more work. We were looking at about 30 years of deferred maintenance, as well as some construction defects from when the house was originally built. Of the five roofing companies that looked at the roof, only Shawn Preman from Christian Roofing was up front and honest about the level of work that would be needed to make the roof safe and secure. He gave us options that none of the other roofers had mentioned. He provided us with samples of the materials and took the time to explain the pros and cons of all of them. He made himself available to answer any questions we had. As work progressed and the level of damage to the roof was further revealed, Shawn worked with us on price to help us get it done. His prices were reasonable and the craftsmanship top notch. Shawn visited the house everyday the crew was there, making sure all was going smoothly. He suggested that we go up on the roof so he could show us what was going on and explain what was being done and why. He also documented the entire process with pictures, showing us what was wrong and making recommendations along the way. We found Shawn, Debbie, Louis and the crew to be very professional and customer oriented. They were very respectful of the fact that we lived there. They had a real attention to detail. After they had finished each day, the crew would walk around the house and pick up the debris on the ground around the house. They care about and take pride in the job they do. We feel very lucky to have found Christian Roofing. There are a lot of contractors out there that either don't know what they are doing, don't care what they are doing, or both. Then there are the ones who are just out to rip you off. We could have very easily chosen one of them and had a nasty surprise during rainy season. Now we have a safe and attractive roof from a roofer who stands by his work. We whole heartedly recommend Shawn Preman and Christian Roofing.
