I was going through Google Places and noticed the review you posted on April 15th regarding your recent El Taco experience. First, I would like to apologize for your negative experience. We pride ourselves, not only on the quality of our food and beverages, but also amazing service. We obviously fell short of these expectations on your visit. Not only am I appalled that you had a gnat in your beverage, but the fact that your second drink also had a gnat makes me want to investigate this matter thoroughly.
