Also, I want to reach out to other photographers and get honest feedback- good, bad, indifferent.  Actual critique is something that I really miss about being in an art classroom all the time. Any suggestion? Websites, forums, online communities?  Any thoughts?

So I am moving to Colorado Springs soon. Next on the to do list is to shoot new work for a portfolio, find colorado studios/photographers to work with, and get my butt out of a way too deep photographic rut!

Wanted to share some of the first results from my first use of the BTZS tube development process.  Really happy.  Sad that I have to rewash many of the negs, but that was my own fault to begin with.  I'm actually ready to photograph some more after this storm quiets down a little.

So....got film back that I shot in Mexico over new years. Did not expect to get as many beautiful images as I did from my one morning of making photographs.  Everything was shot on either Kodak 100G or Kodak Ektar on a Bronica Sq-a.  So happy with the results. #kodak   #landscapephotography   #mexicophotography

This is the last negative that I scanned in tonight.  It was a good one to end on.  So happy that I am able to get to some of the stockpile of film that I have in my binders waiting to be shot.  I shot, all told, 17 sheets of film in the last 8 days, worked my full time job, had two interviews, and felt froggy enough after photographing all day from 7am to scan film until after midnight.  I think today was a productive day. Can't wait to see what tomorrow will hold...oh, wait...more work.  It will be time to switch gears to other projects tomorrow, but I am very grateful that I had today and tonight to work on things that I love and have spent so much time doing.

(BTW- Bronica SQA, 80mm, Kodak Ektar, Epson V700/750)

Just got out my 4x5 processing tank. I forgot this thing will hold 12 sheets at a time- hooray for efficiency!  I cant wait to order some chem and get some film developed.  I need to get back in the habit of doing it myself.  Art budget is shrinking, but not gone.

Found this snap shot of me in cub scouts as a kid. Totally cool...or so I thought. In the middle being flanked by Danny Ader and a school mate Blaze. We were the three musketeers!

Yes, indeed. Back in my youth I was surrounded by adolescent gang culture. As you can see by the similar way we dressed and the drug induced euphoric stupor across our faces....that or we were idiot kids being kids. Either way, it looks like we're definitely in a gang.

I love the photos that come up in my G+ feed....but I also am always left feeling like I'm never doing things right.  Amanda Palmer's Fraud Police are seeking me out right now and they are cracking down hard. :-(

Their customer/client service is severely lacking in their prompt care. I have put up with the attitude for a few very disappointing trips there and the last interaction I had sealed the deal. I wont be going to see them EVER again. My experience with the non-medical staff is what is keeping my from going there in the future.
