I'm currently available for all manner of freelance illustration and game art projects. I don't have preset rates and I'll customize a price quote based on what you're looking for. I'm very flexible on prices and try to accommodate most budget ranges. Please get in touch here or through my website if you're interested, and we can discuss the details:

Linked here is my main color illustration and concept art album on Google Photos, and this will be the most up-to-date display of my color work on G+. It will be added to and tweaked over time, as new work is created. I'll post any new additions to this album in my G+ Collection (Color Illustrations Portfolio (SpiralMagus)), so follow this collection if you'd like to see new work I post.

Yesterday I posted Frazetta. Today I post one of his followers, Timothy Truman. Warduke was my favorite of the classic D&D characters that featured in the 80s cartoon, action figure line, etc. Clearly inspired by Frazetta's Death Dealer - though Truman has his own spin on the concept (love the winged helmet and demon-skull shield). I regret not still having my Warduke action figure - might have to find one on Ebay someday. This is a slightly cleaned-up version of the image posted on the Old School FRP tumblr: http://oldschoolfrp.tumblr.com/post/157063739374/oldschoolfrp-warduke-by-timothy-truman-from

I wasn't aware that E.R. Burroughs' son John Coleman Burroughs had done illustrations for his father's works. Check this out - it's pure otherworldly adventure and great atmosphere: http://www.erbzine.com/mag41/jcz16.jpg
Here's the page it's linked from: http://www.erbzine.com/mag41/4190.html
Hat tip to +Jeffro Johnson who led me there in a roundabout way.

The Golem King - a commission I did for +MonkeyBlood Design (Glynn Seal)'s Trollfang project. Finished this way back in the early fall but just getting around to sharing now. I enjoyed doing one of the more grimdark (and literally dark) paintings I've done so far. Best viewed on a black or neutral-gray background, G+'s standard white background will probably make it barely visible.

So, this project has been keeping me busy lately. It's the first new major color piece I've done in a while, trying some new techniques and I'm very happy how it turned out! This is the wrap-around cover art for the Dungeon Grappling book to be released soon by +Douglas Cole / Gaming Ballistic. You can pre-order or get more info here: https://gamingballistic.com
Hat tip to +Eric Quigley who sent Doug my way. Thanks man!
