The SEO community has been talking about zombies a lot lately and there aren't a lot of old-timers weighing in. Check out my post on zombies, what they are and what to do about it. https://www.seomike.com/blog/dealing-rankbrain-zombie-traffic/

Sorry folks, I try hard not to rant about personal stuff here, but +Rob Sight Ford is really difficult to deal with. We tried for two weeks to turn in a lease and they refused to call back. We heard every excuse from "your phone isn't taking calls" to "we've been really busy. My girlfriend needed surgery and we called with plenty of time to get an appointment before the surgery but did we get a response? Nope. All we got was excuses and she was completely ignored. I finally called and after three arguments with the lady who answers the phone (who got quite condescending with me) I got the voicemail for the GM. He called Adrianne back and is making the situation right by coming to get the car from her himself. I don't think we would have gotten that reaction from them without me leaving scathing online reviews. Buyer and lessor beware: Rob Sight wants your money, but the only person concerned enough to take care of their customers is the GM.

** Edit **
The GM got my messages and decided to take action himself. He is coming to pickup her Escape himself at the house to be sure it gets taken care of. It's very nice of him to take action personally, but is indicative of the problems at the dealership. It shouldn't have taken two weeks of dodged calls, non-returned voicemails, and false claims that her phone couldn't accept calls. It wasn't the GM making those excuses, it was other folks. The one-star review will remain because it is fair since it shouldn't take the GM to accomplish something so simple. Maybe I'll give two stars after the next couple of family lease turn-ins... if they go smoothly. Either way, I'll be sure to update this review to report on them.

It's quiet... too quiet.  Google SERP flux has been WAY too stable for the last couple of months. Big flux might be a thing of the past, and that makes SEO harder.   #seo   https://www.seomike.com/blog/its-quiet-too-quiet/

Google says mobile devices are taking over the world.  We analyzed our customers' Google Analytics visitor data and found that mobile hasn't quite taken over for them yet.  https://www.seomike.com/blog/mobile-hasnt-quite-taken-yet/

Google is answering your questions before you even ask them! Looks like they are experimenting with answers within Chrome's search suggest: https://www.seomike.com/blog/google-answering-queries-within-chrome-bar/

Can a city get Google to exclude them from geo-targeting? It kinda looks like it... if you have enough money. #seo   #adwords   #google

Google is testing a change in the PPC results that display.  They're trying out a green "ad" icon instead of the yellow one they've used since 2013. https://www.seomike.com/blog/google-making-ads-less-obvious/

In case you hadn't heard, the biggest Google algo update since Payday hit on the 10th. Will it stick? Could it be followed by a nasty Penguin? https://www.seomike.com/blog/most-impactful-google-update-since-payday/

Introduction
I have been a professional Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) since 1997. I happily stumbled upon the industry by accident when some of my clients started asking what this internet thing was and how could they get their businesses online. That was March of 97 and I've been at it ever since.  Check out my website to see more about kansas city internet marketing

Staffed by stoners with attention spans of gnats. We asked if the nachos had green or white onions. Waiter said he'd go check, came back 15 min later to say they were still checking on it. Then all of a sudden the nachos were on our table with red onions. Told him we didn't want them and he started to say the red onions clearly visible were green. He didn't know anything about the menu. Took 25 min to get a drink. Don't waste your time.

Great staff, good facility. Careful though, have seen some evidence of break in attempts. Nothing of mine has been impacted though.

Two bad experiences in a row prompted this review. Night one; waited 45 min for the wrong food to come out and it was cold when it arrived. Tonight: arrived before my friends. Told the hostess I was going to wait for them at the bar. Sat at the bar for five minutes... no bar tender. Left the bar to go sit by myself in the waiting area until my friends arrived. As I sat by myself the hostess asked if I was ready to be seated. I was the only one in the area. "No". Sheesh. Pay attention. Also, the bathroom was pretty gross like the last 10 people chose not to use the urinals and just went on the floor. They need to get their stuff together here.
