Folks, not the type of guy to write a negative review but my latest experience with Fuda (bought my Granite CounterTops and Floor tile here with no complaints) has been a nightmare- borderline joke. Short Story: Bought 6 boxes of Split Face Marble Backsplash and chair rail from Rose...was promised a delivery date, schedule tiler, no tile delivered, no calls - radio silence - I call and inquire about status and was told that the order was incorrectly ordered - (no worries at all - I'm patient - mistakes happen). Have to call again to get status and was told tile is in and it is "beautiful". I pick it up and scheduled tiler again however Chair Rail is not in...(no mention of that - apparently another order messed up). I'm told go ahead and schedule your tiler again "if I have to jump the fence at the stone yard I'll get you that pencil chair rails..." (complete BS)...Tiler shows up 3 of the 6 boxes of tile are broken...I get the total runaround..come back tomorrow for inspection, etc...I tell the tiler to go home - I head in to Fuda (can't take another day off of work)...I'm literally made to feel like I'm the bad guy..rushed out - supposedly fully credited...no mention of sorry, we apologize or anything - I can't tell you how calm and polite I was - now I look at my bank statement online and the full credit is not applied...I call this morning and I am told Rose would call me back...surprise, surprise - no callback...I call again and look who answers..Rose...I tell her what happens and again rushes me off the phone and tells me she will have accounting apply the credit...Folks, all I can say is we've probably all been here at one point dealing with a store or a contractor....but ask yourself would you intentionally put yourself in harms way...stay clear my friends..FUDA TILE RAMSEY NJ. Minimally, if you are lucky enough to be "helped" by Rose tell her you are all set and just browsing and find someone else to help you or just go somewhere else...
