Gotta love the solar energy companies. They send new homeowners mail asking them to compare their energy bills and see what they could save by going solar. Do they ever stop to think that within the first 60 days you really have no freaking clue what your average bill will be?

Standardized advertising unfortunately.  Advertising is annoying, generic advertising that's off target is more irksome.  I remember my bank sending me adverts for their age 60+ only services for people when I was in my early 20's.

the multi-color stuff that some companies have been doing.  Still rough or expensive though.  You feed in multiple spools and get a full range of colour/pattern in the result.

Police in Colorado have cited a 37-year-old man for carrying his computer into an alley then shooting it eight times with a handgun after what authorities said had been a long battle with the uncooperative machine. Lucas Hinch was cited for discharging a firearm within city limits after officers responded to a "shots fired" call early on Monday evening, the Colorado Springs Police Department said in a statement. "Investigation revealed a resident...

Do we all aspire to this? Create something to loved that it becomes a part of the society for generations to come?

Maybe I WILL try to write the next great text game.

It looks low-res and dated now, but Adventure was among the most ambitious and complex games of its day.

I love me some board games. This history is very cool to read and very flattering to +Wil Wheaton for his Table Top series with Felicia Day.

Does this sound right to you? It sounds a little too odd to work. Maybe somebody braver than me can give it a try and report back?

That's an old trick actually, you can use a variation on it to bring cakes that have gone stale back to edibility.  They're all variations on moisture + warm = moist cake/bread.

The menu is different than most places: it features actual things you'd see in an eatery in Mexico! The Pastor is very good, as are the various salsas that are available. It's refreshing to see authentic dishes on the menu in addition to the Americanized versions. I'll take the former any day! Well worth the money and repeat business.

Amazing food, amazing staff. By far our favorite place to go for Chinese food. Two menu items stand out for us: Lettuce Wraps and Banana Springrolls. Either one will make you very happy, and both in the course of a dinner is absolute heaven!

This place has the VERY BEST beans in the whole area! The portions are good-sized and the chips/salsa are endless and good. Service is always good and we never leave hungry. Never an argument from me about going here.

The one time I ate here the sauce on the Orange Chicken tasted burnt. The rest of my group was just as underwhelmed by their food. The service was marginal. When it comes to Chinese food, there are better places in town, but not many that are worse.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. It has a blend of real Mexican and Americanized-Mexican food and it is always good. The portions are large and well worth the money. Fresh chips and salsa round out any meal. I go back as often as I can!
