The National Association of REALTORS® found that more than 50% of all home buyers are open to paying more for a house if it has hardwood floors. The return on investment on hardwood floor projects are very favorable — especially come selling time!

Before images from a project in Roswell -- weather brings moisture variance, this is North Georgia, we're all over the place with relative humidity, so a good interior, exterior of home maintenance plan is ideal. If you have this or similar type decking, you should have it washed by hand once a year, do it in conjunction with your AC unit being serviced.

I'm not a fan of repairs, especially when they belong to another company, but on occasion I'll jump in to make sure the customer is being treated fairly and to make sure the repair is done correctly. This customer had the original installation company out to price this repair, they told them the floor could not be repaired and instead offered only one option and that was complete replacement of the entire basement footprint. I don't like unethical companies/people, they make the industry look bad. The customers reached out to me and I of course told them the truth, that although a pain in the arse, a repair could be done, this was obviously far less money then the other company wanted to charge them
