In late September I made an appointment to have my gutters cleaned by Metro Gutters. After making an appointment for cleaning, they also wanted to sell me their gutter covers. Metro Gutters sent a rep to my home that gave me an estimate for gutter covers which I decided not to purchase. I call again to make sure that they would send someone to clean the gutters as promise. They again confirmed our cleaning appointment for November. They assured me that my Living Social Voucher would be honored for my after Thanksgiving gutter cleaning. In late November no one called or came to my home to clean the gutters. On December 1, 2015 I gave them a call and was informed that they did not have me scheduled for a cleaning. I was later told that they will not be coming because they cleaned my gutters 3 years ago. I was not aware of this and was placed on hold again before another representative was able to find our appointment. She agreed to send someone this week for cleaning the gutter. When I asked her “why no one came or called”, I was told that because of the rain and they were over booked and just too busy right after Thanksgiving to keep our appointment but will be at my house this week to clean the gutters. Metro Gutters just called to tell me that I will be charged $75.00 more since they found some old paper work of cleaning my gutters 3 years ago! I find this whole ordeal with Metro Gutters completely unacceptable and unethical. They are not dependable and are completely unorganized. Shame on you Metro Gutters!!!

We have used the service for over 5 years, and their field personnel are very efficient, polite, and reliable. However, I cannot say the same for their office personnel. We have an annual contract with them where they clean the gutters 4 times a year (we live in a wooded area), and on 3 occasions in 5 years I have called them to inquire about when the next cleaning was scheduled. Every time I have called, the person answering the phone has been what can only be charitably described as "snippy", and what in reality is just plain rude. For example, when giving my name, I have been interrupted with a loud demand for "Home phone number!" Today, when I told them there was standing water in a clogged gutter and asked if we might be moved up in the schedule if there were any unexpected openings, I received a short grumpy annoyed-sounding response basically whining about how overwhelmed they are. It was clear to me that no one in scheduling was going to hear about the request, and the person on the phone was much more concerned that I had dared to bother her than that there might be a chance to build some customer loyalty. I appreciate they may be busy, and that they may not be able to fulfill the request, but is it too much to expect some common courtesy when responding to reasonable inquiries from long-standing customers?

The techs did not follow my work order and did the bare minimum of cleaning the gutters rather than repairing them as I requested. I called later and they sent the owner out. He correctly quoted one half of my house and glossed over the other side that is not flowing correctly. A lot of hassle with multiple calls and still no resolution. I will find another company who I trust to correctly identify issues on both sides of the house.

Will call them again in the Spring. They came right away, cleaned the gutters in 20 minutes and bagged the leaves. Couldn't ask for more.

We have been customers of Metro Gutter for 20 years, and have been consistently pleased with the quality of their work. They have cleaned our gutters, replaced our gutters, and installed vinyl screening to reduce the quantity of leaves that collect in our gutters. I highly recommend these gutter professionals.

I called after buying a living social deal. They were completely booked up for three weeks, but squeezed me in the next day as a nervous new home owner! The tech called 30 minutes prior to arriving, was on time, fast, and very polite! Awesome service and I will most definitely use them in the future!

I've tried their service last week and it was worth to pay. They clean nicely and effectively. That's why i hire MGHS to clean our chimney every two months. They have the best technicians so far. Very professional, well, superb service.
