While our pricing API is a utility API for our customers, making it easier for developers and product owners alike to know exactly what they're paying for, easily, we see it as another way that we uphold transparency.

With our omni-channel A2P messaging API ready for use, we wanted to dive a bit deeper into how the global smartphone and mobile internet markets affect mobile messaging.

While an omni-channel strategy works in Europe and North America, it may not be as effective in emerging markets.

Even in more evolved mobile internet markets, SMS is still the de facto channel for its reach alone.
