Take a look at this video below. It’s a reminder to never leave your children or pets in a warm vehicle. This Arizona Cardinal couldn’t last very long, and he is well-conditioned. Don’t let your children or pets die from heat stroke.

Mercedes-Benz will debut a new SUV in New York next month. Read about the new GLE:
Back in January, Daimler CEO Dieter Zetsche announced that 2015 will be the "year of the SUV" for Mercedes-Benz. Well, it seems that every carmaker is tryinig to emulate that at the moment due to financial reasons, but Mercedes is leading the pack as the GLE (former M-Class) could debut in New York.

This is my second experience with Mercedes-Benz of Tucson. I was referred to Jason Gates by my neighbor a few years back and am SO HAPPY I was. I could not be happier and even though the dealership is and hour and a half away, it makes no difference because they make the whole process so easy. There are several dealerships in Phoenix and I wouldn't think to not go to Tucson. I also worked with Natasha Rogerson and I can't say enough good things about her. She delivered my car to me, explained all the new features and was a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend! Both Jason and Natasha are awesome to work with and can't wait to get my next car there.

Very good experience at MB of Tucson. Greg Welch was the point man in helping me find my dream SUV and took care of my husband and I through the process. Thank you, Greg! Greg Hart (finance) was so kind in tailoring our financing to exactly what we needed/wanted. Lastly, our concierge, Kristin Jones was awesome in showing us how to enjoy every thing our SUV offers - which is jaw dropping. I have never felt welcome in an auto dealership before but this team really did make us feel like we had just joined a very nice club (which I guess we have). These people are passionate about cars and are die-hard Maercedes-Benz affectionados. I love my GLK350 and actually look forward to going back there for maintenance!

Adrian was wonderful in guiding us through the purchase process. Very knowledgeable of his product and made us feel most welcome as prospective buyers and then very valued as new car owners. You and't miss with Adrian.

Super star treatment. We bought a car last week. Allen P. Was our car salesman! He was very personable, knowledgable, and super funny. We have been looking for a car for the past six weeks all over Tucson car dealerships. We came back here only for Allen. He left an impression on us the first time we meet and he worked within our budget. It did not feel like we were buying a car but rather just switching them. Not a lot of "pushy-ness" or pressure. What I really liked about Allen was whenever I got excited about a car I saw (over our budget), he redirect me towards a car in our price range. I really appreciated him for giving us a good deal, staying with us until 9pm once all the paperwork was squared away. He showed us how to work the screen, basic run down of all the buttons and encouraged us to return at any time so that we felt comfortable with our car. I would definitely return to Mercedes Tucson in the future and encourage others to do so as well.

We just purchased our first Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Tucson. We shopped different brands and different dealerships in both Tucson and Phoenix. The experience at Mercedes-Benz Tucson was part of decision to buy a Mercedes. As a bonus of purchasing a Mercedes, we were pleasantly surprised to find that because of the safety of the Mercedes vehicles, insuring our new Mercedes is significantly less than what we are paying on our other vehicle which is 7 years old. The experience at MB Tucson was excellent and we are impressed at the level of customer service. This dealership definitely goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. While this is our first Mercedes, we will definitely be buying more in the future from this dealership. Brian DeCook, Adrian, and Eddie and great to work with and we would highly recommend them.

I just moved to Tucson from NY, where there were 6 dealers within 25 miles of my house (Mercedes of Tucson is about 35 miles from my new home in Saddlebrooke). Since they don't have local competition I was a bit worried about what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised. They were competitive and my salesperson Natasha was knowledgeable. She was not only well informed about the vehicle we wanted but the history of Mercedes Benz. The equipment we wanted on the GLK was hard to find (my NY dealers weren't able to) but she did and ordered it for us based on phone calls from NY before she met me or got a deposit. The rest of the staff was also very helpful. Kristen who delivered the car spent over an hour going over the fine points of the the vehicle and Greg Hart was a pleasure to work with, which I don't usually say about the finance guy. We love Mercedes automobiles and hope this will be the beginning of a long term relate ship.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the dealership general manager and the sales force last week. In trying to get an approximate idea of the value of my used ML350, purchased at that dealership in Nov. 2014. John Hornbeck, the GM, after looking up the vehicle in his computer, while we were on the phone, quoted me "approximately a low to mid 30K figure". Upon bringing the vehicle to the delership 24 hours later, I was offered 28,5K, even though the car had 3,000 miles less on the odometer than I had mentioned ! The GM whom I talked too, was condescending and acted like a typical used car salesman, no explanation and barely apologized for that significant discrepancy. They obviously did not need my business and only acted like they could not wait to get me out of their presence... (after having owned 9 various Mercedes Benz in the past).

Response from the owner - a month ago
Mr Cofman: Please accept our apology. It was not my intent to mislead you regarding the value of your vehicle. Yes, a phone conversation did occur with you regarding the approximate value of your ML. Typically, we don’t provides such vehicle evaluations over the phone for this very reason. However, I provided you, after being pressed for a value for your ML, with a range of what I thought your vehicle was worth. No promise or commitment to that value was agreed upon. When you arrived, more research was obtained through various auction results and an actual cash offer was made to purchase your ML based on current market conditions. It’s unfortunate that you were not pleased with our official offer and became rude and insulting leaving me no alternative but to terminate our communication pertaining to this matter. We here at Mercedes-Benz of Tucson pride ourselves on providing our clients with complete transparency relative to all aspects of our of business, both sales and service. The customer service at MB-Tucson was one of the best I have experienced. Max, who worked with me is an amazing guy. Helped me get all the information I needed and arranged to experience the car before I decided. The experience was different from normal stores in the sense the people at MB-Tucson were there to help me get what I want instead of getting the sale. Max and Greg helped me get what I want and gave good advice too. It was great talking to Brian, the manager whom I met the first day I visited the showroom too. Even if I move, I would rather get my next car from here, because the people here are really great.
