Denver is popularly known as a snowy, cold-weather city, but that doesn’t paint an accurate picture of the Mile High City’s true weather. Denver is a four-season city with many unique weather patterns dependent on the time of year, but no matter when you visit, it’s probably sunny out.

Colorado brags that they receive ‘300 days of sunshine,’ but it’s closer to 320 days of sunny weather per year—that’s more than San Diego!

It’s usually sunny but not always—you will still have to contend with severe thunderstorms, hail, rain, snow, and even blizzards. By learning more about the individual seasons, you can know when to book and when to stay home.

Just because you aren’t in the south doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy RVing to some great NASCAR events and races. What was once a regional sport has gained in popularity to become a new national pastime and one track that’s a long way from the south but still hosts some real NASCAR action is found in ISM Raceway, formerly Phoenix International Raceway. Since RVing and NASCAR go together like sausage and gravy, many RVers flock to NASCAR tracks like ISM Raceway.

When you think you know all about the distinct types of styles and types of RVs, a modern style pops up that you weren’t even aware existed. Let’s think of this scenario, you have a family of four and are considering your RV options. You like the simplicity, cost, and compactness provided by a pop-up camper, but the available room won’t cut it for you. You want the practicality and space offered by a travel trailer, but they are too cumbersome on the road.
