The designers behind Lady Grey Jewelry forgot something important when they decided to throw shade publicly at Ivanka Trump. Customers have to trust you enough to share their personal information and credit card number.    #Trump   #Clinton   #Privacy   #LadyGrey

It's unbelievable to me that over 20 years have past since lead abatement programs were made a priority and yet our government officials across the country have been hiding results and poisoning its people. #flint #newark #newyork #lead

With the Republican Presidential Primary kicking off on February 1st in Iowa, here's the scoop on New York State's process of awarding Republican delegates. Information is from Chairman John Jay LaValle. The NY State Primary will be held on April 19th.

New York has a total of 95 delegates at stake.

81 of the delegates are awarded by Congressional District. Each of New York's 27 Congressional districts in New York have three delegates to award, in accordance with the following criteria:
Any candidate who receives 50% of the vote within the Congressional District receives all 3 delegates.
If no candidate receives 50% of the vote, then the highest vote recipient who receives at least 20% of the vote receives 2 delegates and the second place finisher (so long as he/she receives 20% of the vote) receives 1 delegate.
If no candidate receives 20% of the vote then the 3 delegates, who are elected at the State Committee's May meeting, is free to vote how he/she wishes.

11 of the delegates are awarded as a result of the statewide vote, in accordance with the following criteria:
Any candidate who receives 50% of the statewide vote receives all 11 delegates.
If no presidential candidate receives 50% of the statewide vote, then every candidate who receives 20% (or more) of the vote receives delegates based upon the proportion of the vote received.
If no presidential candidate receives as much as 20% of the vote, then each of the 11 delegates, who is elected at the State Committee's May meeting, is free to vote how he/she wishes.

Three of the delegates are the State Chair, the State Committeeman and the State Committeewoman. They are free to vote as they wish. #NewYork #Primary #Republican #Delegates
