Does anyone have any ideas for a care package for a 20 year old female college student? I have a small 1st aid kit, small packages of kleenex, lip balm, trail mix, some candy, a pair of warm fluffy socks, altoids, and of course cash! But, I still have room in the box and I'd love to fill it up!

I love me some soup!
12 Healthy crock pot soups that kids will love

When it's wet and windy outside there's nothing more comforting than a hot bowl of soup to warm you up from the inside.

I've always bought soup from the store because it just seemed like to much effort to make from scratch.

That is until I learned about soups you make in the crock pot!

I've rounded up 12 healthy crock pot soups that require hardly any preparation to put to the test, and I'm sharing them here in case you want to add them to your meal plans too.

Have you wondered why I haven't been around? Here's part of the reason:

This year I've been struggling physically. Mystery ailments that specialist after specialist couldn't figure out. I knew through my training with Institute for Integrative Nutrition that most illnesses are a result of 'dis-ease' within the body.

My question was, "Why now?" I was happy and more importantly, fulfilled, with my job (sahm, homesteader), with my family, with where we were living, with our new place, and with our life situation in general. Yet, something was off-kilter causing me issues-shortness of breath, edema in my legs, severe fatigue.

5 months of experimenting with my diet resulted in no answers and little improvement. Grains out. Dairy out. Sugar out. No change.
My life did change the day Robert Arthur called me while checking up on his contact list. He told me of his health issues, and how he'd solved them by using a super-food product.

Three weeks later, I purchased my first program. Three days after that the swelling in my legs disappeared completely for the first time in almost 6 months. My energy is coming back, I'm no longer short of breath, and I'm sleeping better than I have in 10 years. And yes, I've dropped almost 10 inches and several pounds over the course of a couple of weeks.

Because of my results, I've decided to become a representative for this company also. But, I'm not going to 'sell' you on these products. The results speak for themselves. My only regret with this program is that I didn't purchase it sooner and skip the specialists (and the almost $10,000 in tests that were done).
I'm not claiming these products healed me. I believe they gave my body the nutrients to begin healing itself. This is the key. Clean the nasty stuff out, and put the good stuff back in.

If you or someone you know could use the benefit of superb nutrition, Please let me know. You can message me here. I'd love to help you like Robert helped me.

I can hear my son sitting on the toilet talking to Siri. It's hilarious.
