I've been experimenting with  #sugarfree  dessert ideas. This no-bake one was delicious. The base is stewed tamarillo and apple sweetened with a dash of rice malt syrup. And the top is a mix of sunflower seeds, oats, walnut pieces and coconut chips toasted in coconut oil and another dash of rice malt syrup with a pinch of sea salt.

Awesome speech. Well worth watching if you want to feel there's hope on the horizon for Australia

What a lovely, welcome, heart-felt speech by Senator Ludlam. It was not what I'd have expected, but thank goodness that someone has finally said what needs to be said about the sad state of Australian politics. It's sombre, measured, controlled, thoughtful, insightful and powerful. No glib 3 word slogans!! What a breath of fresh air. This is what's been sorely missing from our politics for far too long.

3 face scrubs I found in a local supermarket yesterday that contain polyethylene plastic micro beads for exfoliating your skin. The problem is that once they go down the drain these toxic beads hang around in our oceans and have been found in the stomachs of fish and sea birds. #justsayNO #seaweek
