I found your teaching very straight forward and I'm going to follow them now.  Your teaching skills are good.

I enjoyed this.  I was looking at this as I have just started to do videos of my local area.  You have given me some ideas.  I really enjoyed the poetry however. I think poetry experienced on this medium really works for me.  Was a little dizzy at the end camera work but overall I loved it.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good food, lovely atmosphere. Would not recommend taking small children.

My husband and I work from home and we often have breakfast meetings in Cinnabar. I love the decor and the ambience of the place. It is very quiet in the mornings. Even if there are a few groups there for breakfast there is no noise so it enables you to get down to business. My husband has the vegetarian breakfast and up until recently I do too. I used to have the full English minus the black pudding. I have found the breakfast to be very filling. However we are never sure whether we will get 2 eggs or one. They make their own vegetarian sausage which is lovely. I have tried their coffee and speciality teas and I am more than happy with the selection. Its a wonderful place to have breakfast. Its my regular!

Middle Lee Farm is a wonderful set of cottages in a beautiful village. The cottage had everything I needed. Even Baking equipment! It was tranquil and great for my young family. The Shetland Ponies are fenced off by the park area and my boys loved them. Phil is very friendly and informative. I only wish it was closer to Croyde Bay. Beautiful accomodation in a beautiful setting.

I first saw Dax Moy on ivillage as he had some exercises in their health and fitness section. What I was struck by then and I still feel now is that Dax uses a holisitic approach, he also knows who to excercise the body in the most efficient way so that you tackle all muscle groups in exercise using your body weight. I completed the 30 day challenge this summer which included diet and exercise. I was amazed at how quickly I lost the major bloatedness in my stomach and how quickly I started to shape up. I have been left with a lifestyle change which has helped me to enjoy and actively seek wholesome food to cook for myself and my family. I also have seen the benefits of daily mobility exercises. Being on his programme has helped me to really look after and love myself. I can't recommend Dax highly enough.

I liked the smoked fish starter. I also liked the fact that they didn't have a kids menu as my kids eat a small portion of fish and chips, and 2 shared a spagetti. The food was freshly cooked. I think the staff could have recommended that we had a starter as service was slow. I had my main first and realised I should have had the smoked fish platter as a starter as the main on its own wasn't filling. The smoked fish was amazing. I thought it was a little expensive for what I recieved. But I think the price reflects the location and the beautiful ambience of the place.
