Google Play Newsstand is the Best News & Magazines App of the year according to Android Headlines.

Woohoo!! It's great to see all the hard work paying off. Congrats to all my fellow teammates.
One of the great things about electronic and mobile media is the ability to keep on top of the news or latest articles in magazines, quickly and easily wit

More people have started using WhatsApp instead of Facebook as their preferred social media platform in India. This is interesting.

I'm a huge fan of WhatsApp myself. I'm excited to see what they do with their huge user base.

Checked it out. Nice for what it is, but still isn't what I really have in mind so that's disappointing.

"....he's Larry Page, so you had to stop and wonder, What if he's right, and then, What if he can do it?"

An article about +Larry Page.
Worth reading in my view.
Larry Page, Google's CEO and co-founder, closed out the Google I/O keynote today with a sentimental, almost subdued speech. He didn't sound like a CEO. He sounded like a guy in charge of a company he genuinely thought could change the world. And it was a wonderful reminder that Google used to be, can be, and in many ways still is, so much more than a company.

"It's a miracle."

It was very refreshing to read a review of the app from someone who used it for more than 15 seconds and who actually exercised features like purchasing magazines.

+Larry Page visited the office today. I'm a huge fan and glad to be working at a company headed by such a visionary. For those that haven't seen this already, I highly recommend watching him at Google I/O (starts at Google I/O 2013: Keynote)

[For those who serve.]

About two minutes in I realized my mouth was full of half-eaten food. I'd stop chewing. I'd stopped breathing.  "There's gotta be people hurt out there," the cop had screamed as he ran into the smoking rubble. I burst into tears.

But what kept striking me more than the horror of it all was my deep and sincere appreciation seeing those men and women in uniform fearlessly running into the carnage, ripping apart the barricades to storm through to the people who needed them right then, not giving care to the fact that another explosion could be on the way any minute, fighting the natural instinct we all have to run in the opposite direction to protect ourselves. Noble and brave don't begin to do it justice.

So I'm posting this as my thanks to all of you who serve. I know many have mixed feelings about our military and police force in particular, but it's moments like these when you see what those uniforms are all about.

Rumi Punku beat my expectations. It is a great hotel at a surprisingly good price. The ambiance and rooms are wonderful. It is a bit further from the city center than some other hotels and doesn't have many food options. Really impressed overall.
