I'm bummed to have never had this pasta fagotini.

Introduction
I live and work in Astoria, Queens as a freelance writer and editor. I founded We Heart Astoria in 2010, as well as Harmonious Belly and Queens Swap, both of which are on hiatus (they'll be back, though). I was an early adopter of Twitter and G+, and am super fan of Tumblr and Flickr. These days I'm hooked on Vine.

I am a talented cook and baker, and a skilled amateur photographer. I studied music for a long time, too, and performed professionally for years.

I am always interested in interesting projects exploring the worlds of food, music, and new media. Hit me up and tell me what you're interested in and how I can help!
Bragging rights
I started studying music at age 18 and went on to receive a doctorate in harpsichord in my mid-30s.
