Enterprise Nationale Des Artes Graphiques (ENAG), is the biggest printer and bookbinder government company in Algeria, with about 500 employees.
The company has recently invested in asterTOP, the first installation of this model both in Algeria and in the North of Africa.
“asterTOP was the ideal solution for our production requirements. We were looking for a machine able to meet our needs in term of format and performance”, confirmed Mr. Hamladji, sales director of Enag. “We also decided to invest in Meccanotecnica’s product because of the efficient after sales service and the good reputation of the aster brand.”

Dedalo Litostampa, situated in the Italian city of Bari, has recently invested in a new Universe Sewing Sheet-fed.
“Our challenge was to produce efficiently digitally printed sewn books and improve the productivity of the offset printed books” said the general manager Mr. Coga. “The new Universe Sewing sheet-fed double feeding was the ideal solutions for our needs”

This year the seventh Amazon bookstore opened in New York City. This brick-and-mortar store is not like any other bookshop, because it mimics the “on-line” experience of Amazon’s website: the books all have the covers, not the spines, facing out, to encourage browsing, moreover a customer review and a star rating are displayed under each book on the shelf so to guide readers in their choices.
The "small but great" store represents Amazon's philosophy of using "data with heart". Rather than rely on just a few book store employees to cater to everyone's taste, "we let our customers be the voice". (Jennifer Cast, vice President of Amazon Books).
