I have bought 20 BMW's over the last 30 years. all of them from Kevin Hite. I live very close to another dealership just off the 5 frwy, however I will only have McKenna work on my cars. I have NEVER had any bad experience here. They tell me what they are going to do and then they do it. I suggest you speak to Kevin and make up your own mind. I always seem to have Robert in service and he does a great Job!

I recently was shopping around for a 2015 M5, and was getting the run around from many dealers who were either taking forever to give me a quote over the phone, or just difficult. I eventually contacted Garrett over at McKenna who was straight forward, and got things taken care of quickly. Now, my experience buying the exact car I wanted there was no less than excellent, and the people who work there are very friendly. I would definitely recommend checking them out, if you're in the market for a new BMW. Thanks!

I own a BMW 528 2013, on September 20th i took my vehicle for a service .they gave me a loaner vehicle for couple hours which i return after they call me. 20 days later i received the bank statement and i noticed that the $100.00 i left as a deposit was not returned to my account therefore i proceed to make a phone call and I proceed to explained the situation to the the Front desk receptionist i was surprised that she was very rude and unprofessional she did not listen to the questions at all. all I was asking was to let me talk to someone at the loaner dept and this exactly what she said we are not a bank we cannot answer your questions ,you should be calling your bank not us. i "m very disappointed we should not be treated like that we expend to much money buying this kind of vehicles to be treated disrespectful one thing i will make sure is that I'm not going back there for a service .

FIRST REVIEW AN I HAD 2... TOOK MY BMW 2 GET SERVICE AN FIND OUT THAT IT WUZ STILL LEAKING OIL.. NOW GOIN BACK FOR TH 3RD TIME CUZ MY SERVICE LIGHT CAME BACK ON !!!!!!! DONT REALLY HAVE TH TIME AN ENERGY 4 THIS.....

Please do not give your business to these people. Check out the reviews here, on Autotrader and Yelp and save yourself the headache. We found a vehicle of theirs listed online and we emailed with them back and forth for an entire day regarding this vehicle. The next morning we called in b/c they quit responding to our emails (ironic?) and we were then told the price was $3k more than the price listed on all three sites we saw it on the day prior. Initially they made us sound like we were crazy but luckily I had a screen shot of the price from the night before to prove it. They eventually admitted it was a listing mistake and REFUSED to honor the price they had it listed at. Then they made it sound like giving us a military discount made up for it (do they not give this to all military members??) Even with that it still was not close to the original listed price. They told us they would see what they could do and call back, but they never did! We called the next day and were told they just sold it. TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETIQUETTE... If I misquoted a client I would never go back and ask for more, I would honor the price because it was MY ERROR. I understand mistakes happen, however they clearly we're not concerned with making it right or customer satisfaction in general. The reviews all speak for themselves, I should've read them first.

Absolutely horrible experience. I went there to buy a 2015 M3 and from the moment we were there it was a bad experience. Shortly after meeting the salesperson, we told them we were interested in a new car they automatically assumed we were taking about a 3 series. He actually took a step back when I told him what were looking for. After the usual introductory show through the showroom floor and getting water and coffee, he took us to the garage where they were all stored and I found the one I wanted, exact same model. I asked if I could take it for a test drive and he told me we weren't allowed to because they don't usually let customers test drive the M models (thankfully I got a chance to test drive the M4 elsewhere so I had an idea of the drive). Then when it came time to sit down to talk prices, he started off by telling us it was marked up $5,000!!! That's just ridiculous. His explanation was its a new M model and everyone is wanting it and all the other dealers are doing it as well. Not true but will get to that. While all this was going on and I was asking him about some of the technical aspects of the car (engine, horsepower, torque, trunk space, how much to get additional maintenance plan added on, etc), he didn't seem to know the answers. At the end of the day, as much as I wanted to walk out with that car, I told them no thanks. Ended up going to another BMW dealership who gave me the car at a price that was not above MRSP and one I was happy with and let me custom order it. Granted I have to wait but it's better than paying these guys a premium on this car. That 5 grand is enough to pay for insurance and gas for at least a year. Never going back here again.

Service sucks, always busy and long waits and or won't even take walk ins for service. Rude employees and needs to get rid of crackheads and heroin junkies. Couldn't even stop on the lot without being asked for change and feeling uncomfortable.

Completely rude and a very shady dealer. We were 95% confident getting a 7 series from them due to a great quote, but when we were test driving our salesman was impatient, brushed off our questions, and lied about comparisons to our current Mercedes. It got even worse when we were looking at the facts and asked questions about their pricing. The salesman didnt want to give answers and gave us excuses not to answer our inquiries about the car. Clearly we were getting nowhere so we left. When we left, it felt like we were getting pulled over as there was a gate with the guard asking us questions about our private information usually only a police officer would ask. Lastly, as we finally pulled out of the dealership, the salesman called and started just punching numbers, clearly trying to get some kind of revenge as we didn't make a deal. I'm sorry BMW, we will not buy a top notch car with such deceiving and immature service.
