“We are who we are not because of our age or family situation, but because of our attitude to life and how we view it, adjust and reinvent. Traditionally we think about tribes based on demographics and age, this is a move to ‪#‎psychographics‬ — more social trends, attitudes & lifestyles." http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/home/are-you-a-peter-pan-the-new-tribes-of-the-property-market/news-story/bf06814ecabafcaee47b25d5ab3256ba
FORGET empty-nesters, newlyweds and nuclear families — a whole new set of social tribes are shaping how and where we live and what we live in. Think Social Singles, Peter Pans and the Home Work Tribe.

Just 43 days until Census Day!
It’s the Census not the Election that will tell us most about ourselves. The election will reveal a lot about our political persuasions and policy preferences however it is the census that will offer far more clarity and detail about our nation. http://www.mccrindle.com.au/the-mccrindle-blog/why-the-august-count-will-mean-more-than-the-july-count

Introduction

It is evident that we are living in times of great change – not just technologically but also demographically, economically and socially.  Organisational leaders are increasingly seeing the importance of business intelligence and social analysis in driving growth.  To increase sales, a deeper understanding of customers is imperative; to develop product innovations, an understanding of the changing trends and expectations is required; and to drive productivity, analysis of staff and their motivations is essential.

In just a few years, McCrindle Research has established a reputation for conducting relevant, world class and cost-effective research and importantly, communicating the insights in innovative, useable ways.

Our clients include some of our region’s largest multinationals, some of the nation’s best known brands, many government organisations and agencies, and some of Australia’s most recognised not-for-profits.

We have run demographic studies for numerous local, state and national government organisations, generational reports for some of Australia’s largest employers, customer research for leading entertainment brands and social analysis for many large companies.

Our profession is designing and deploying best practice research.  Our expertise is analysing findings to communicate insights and strategies.  Our passion is empowering organisations to thrive in changing times.  It’s no longer enough just to observe the changes, businesses today need to know the times.
