Divorce, Raw Emotions and Clear Thinking

As you go through the process of deciding that your marriage is over and that process being completed you will experience a full roller-coaster ride of emotions from the highest highs to the lowest of lows. Divorce is actual a complex process, with many small details that need to be dealt with properly so that both sides receive a proper and legal settlement. Mediation is often the best way to reach a settlement. In the initial phase of most marital break ups, emotions often hinder the participants' ability to be reasonable.
