Overall a nice place to stay. Easy to find although parking is at a premium. Very close to City Centre and some good eateries. Only complaints was my room was a little to warm and the mixer shower was a bit temperamental. Otherwise really pleased.

The room was terrible, with holes rotted through the windows frames and electrical sockets dangling on the end of twin and watch cable behind the TV. I doubt it would pass a safety inspection.

Good breakfast and great value, and in a prime spot to explore central Glasgow without paying a premium.

Without any doubt, this place is amazing! And you can find very good prices per night. Big screen size Tav, Satellite channels, all bedrooms are incredible clean and cozy, friendly staffs, complete breakfast, including fruit juice, coffee, tea, toast and a complete Scottish breakfast! Why isn't this place a "must see place" in Glasgow yet? =)

Wouldn't even give this place one star. Was in a group of four with two double rooms booked and PAID FOR through laterooms. The receptionist could not have been more rude and patronising to a member of our group who was 7 months pregnant stating that she 'had not paid'. The recepionist kept disappearing and delivering messages from her manager such as 'you're not staying unless you pay', however the manager failed to ever show face! Despite then contacting the bank and laterooms to confirm to the receptionist that we had paid, she and the manager still wanted us to cough up another £150!!! Extremely poor customer service.

The price is perfect for a place like this. The staff is so kind and they will guide you if you need any help about Glasgow or where to go. The breakfast is wonderful. The place is totally secured.
