I understand that showroom assistants are important, but why do they have to be so flirty?!? Fine line between friendly and unprofessional. Came in with my wife, looking to buy a silver A6 I've had my eye on for a while, but ended up fighting with the missus. NICE. THANK YOU :( My friend recommended Audi Boulder, I think I'll go there.

I don’t often write these views, but I really wanted to thank the folks at Audi Denver for their exceptional customer service. We had been trying to hook up a brake controller (to allow us to tow our teardrop camper) to our used Audi Q5 for about a month with no success. From the moment we called Audi Denver, we felt like finally we were going to be able to solve our problem. Josh and Tim are absolutely brilliant and some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Everyone actually was super nice and helpful. You learn a lot by hanging out for awhile at a place - all of the employees seemed to truly love their job and that energy made the experience actually fun. One of the best customer experiences I have had!

We bought our 2014 Q5 last year and we absolutely loved it. In November, I brought it into McDonald Collision center to fix a dent in the door and, after about a week into the repairs, they crushed the car with the garage door. No, it's not an exaggeration or a figure of speech - the repair shop literally managed to crush the car with the garage door! After we saw the damage and we were told that the car will need to be 80% re-painted, we told the dealership that we don't want to take back a refurbished, luxury car with huge diminished value. Even though they've admitted that they destroyed the vehicle, they're still refusing to reimburse us for damages and the packages we bought with the car. We've been cheated, humiliated, insulted and threatened by these people and I sincerely hope Audi USA severs their relationship with McDonald Audi.

Buying my used BMW through Audi Denver was a good experience, however, the problems began to come up afterwards. We understand that we purchased the car as-is, however there were many problems that they did not tell us about, despite performing their "intensive" inspection of the car. The car was missing a lug nut, had multiple chips in the windshield, the driver's window was broken, there were cup holders missing from the backseat, and despite them saying that they performed a detail on the car, there was candy, moldy cookies, apple chips, erasers, and toys underneath the seats, in the crevices, and in the trunk. What's more, when we test drove the car, we were pleased to see that there were ski racks that came with it in the trunk. When we came back to pick up the car, they had installed them on the roof for us. However, when we called back to see if they could take them off (a special key was required for installing and removing them so we assumed they had it), they said that they did not know how to, and that it was necessary for us to go to a BMW dealership for assistance. Then finally, when we emailed the manager about all of the issues, he never responded. It was a terrible experience, and definitely not what we expected from a luxury car dealership.

Really, a fantastic buying experience. My research and exploration of a new Audi took several months. I started off considering an A3 or possibly an A5, but throughout it all Chris Sandelli was fantastic. Always supportive of my questions, but never in a rush or pressured a sale at any time. Because of that approach - once I knew I wanted an S3 - Chris was the only person I was going to buy from. The delivery day felt special. From the moment we arrived, to well after the dealership was closing down...Chris was 100% focused on my wife and I. The presentation, the walk around, and the full delivery of my new car was something I would want everyone to experience. Can't say enough...

Luis Gonzalez at Audi was GREAT to work with!! We purchased a 2015 Q5 Audi Diesel! LOVE it!! Luis answered all of our questions.....knew the vehicle......and when I picked up the vehicle he took time to go over things and never made me feel rushed. Very nice dealership and would go back to Luis to purchase another Audi when we are ready!

Car needed to be shipped as expected. Shipping was delayed 3 times and communication was poor throughout the experience. i had to call to find out what was happening with my car and find out about delays. Record of $1,000 deposit I paid was lost so I had to provide proof for a refund of that. Even with 3 week delay they did not have the all weather mats ordered to be ready and the wrap vendor was not scheduled for pickup and I have been unable to get in contact with that vendor. Audi made financial concessions that kept me as a customer so I appreciate that, but the service is not what one would expect from this dealer.

As of 30 April 2015, we have a new relationship with AoA and a new dealership; Audi Denver. Our new 2015 Q5 S-line 3.0L in Volcano Red which is the replacement for our last Q5 S-line 3.0L that had the forward glass panel in the panoramic roof blow out for absolutely no known reason. Although it took us longer then originally promised to receive the new vehicle, we truly can't be any happier to be in a Q5 that is a fresh beginning for us. Audi Denver stepped up and showed us what truly exceptional customer service is all about. In a matter of 10 days they completely changed our mindset and quality of experience we had with Audi. They have completely renewed our faith in Audi of America and the Audi brand as a whole. We can't thank Matthew Tom (General Sales Manager), Chris Sandelli (Sales) and Keith Florian (Service) enough for their willingness to pick up the ashes that was our previous experience and work to rebuild our trust in the brand again. This was an extremely tough time for my husband and I - as we have been VAG loyalists our entire life; to have our first Audi purchase to make a complete mockery of the brand was soul crushing. Absolutely not what we knew the VAG to be. Faith and balance have been restored to the universe as we start a new relationship with Audi Denver and AoA.
