Eric in service is always in contact and works with you to get your car back as soon as possible. It is a wonderful dealership that always exhibits the highest degree of professionalism.

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!! TOOK OUR CAR IN FOR A RECALL (A PROBLEM ON THEIR END) AND THEIR KEEPING OUR CAR FOR AT LEASTR (2) DAYS AND WE LITERALLY HAD TO HARASS THEM FOR A LOANER CAR THAT THEY STILL COULD'T EVEN WORK OUT FOR US A DAY LATER. EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE EXPERIENCE HERE!! I EXPECTED MORE FROM MERCEDES!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL NOT BRING CAR BACK HERE. AND IN FUTURE WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT GETTING A CAR FOR THE LUXURY NAME IT'S FOUNDED ON BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT DELIVER!!!!

We are always concerned when our customers perceive a negative experience at Mercedes-Benz of Huntington. We strive to do our best with the resources we have. In this case, these passionate remarks require some background. The customer’s vehicle is a 2008 C300 with 80,000 miles purchased privately and is therefore without a Mercedes-Benz warranty. It’s last visit to a Mercedes-Benz service department was three years ago in 2013. The customer had a 3rd-Party warranty and sought repair on a complaint of a radio control issue. The 3rd-Party warranty company declined the repair stating that it was not covered under their policy. The car was also brought in for two repairs under MBUSA Goodwill Repair Campaigns. One was current and we are effecting that repair. The other Goodwill Repair Campaign was very old and the necessary parts are no longer stocked. To conduct that repair, parts had to be ordered which obviously extends the time required for repair. Our loaner vehicles are available by appointment. At the time this customer’s husband made the service appointment, no loaner vehicles were available. He indicated that he would simply drop off the vehicle anyway rather than wait until such time a loaner was available. We did advise the customer that we would contact them when a loaner vehicle was available after it was determined that the repair was experiencing a parts delay.

Good place and good people. But would never buy a car here without checking it myself. " the car in great shape and those are small scuffs" - don't trust that. Unless u wanna see nasty touch ups on your car done at the very last moment . One of those places where they think that just the name of MB itself will sell cars and provide good service. They are a few nice hardworking people that made my day here.

The experience of purchasing a new car was extremely positive thanks to Sales Consultant, Brian Haney. His expertise, knowledge of the vehicle and overall understanding and compassion made the process pleasurable. I had never met him before but left with the feeling that I could contact him with any issues/concerns regarding the car. Brian is an exceptional employee and certainly an asset to Mercedes Benz of Huntington. In addition, the Business Manager, Spence Mannion, was helpful and patient in answering additional questions. Overall my experience with Mercedes Benz of Huntington was enjoyable.

I was about to buy an ML 350 and therefore I had left deposit as well as the title of my car which I was going to trade in. Things were all right up until I told them that I changed my mind. Once they learned my decision, everything turned upside down and they started to treat us like a dirt. I went to their place many times and I even talked to the GM who apologized and promised that the problems would be solved. Nothing... I called many times, tried to reach the right person. Nothing... The ones I reached could not do anything, the ones I wasn't able reach never called me back. So, anyway, it took me 5 weeks, 4 visits and 7 phone calls to get my deposit back. But, even though 7 weeks passed by, the title I gave them for trade in is still missing. Nobody knows where my title is and nobody seems to care. This is very much frustrating and I am sick and tired of pushing these people to do their job. I think this is very unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable way of doing business. Certainly not a Mercedes Benz way.

Mr. Baytan’s transaction had been completed. We were merely waiting for him to take delivery and turn over his trade vehicle. He had previously signed his title and left it with us as part of the transaction. The GM was informed about Mr. Baytan’s complaint on 04-14-2016 at lunchtime. We searched for the title in every possible place that it would be. Our title clerk was out sick and could not be reached. It turns out that the title was not filled out properly. To help the customer, we had put in an application for a duplicate title. The paperwork had been sent back by motor vehicles and we re-applied for the duplicate. After several hours of research, we were able to attain a copy of a form from Motor Vehicles that showed that the duplicate title was issued by them on 04-04-2016. The GM mentioned to the customer that it would have been sent to the owner’s home address on file with and directly from DMV, the issuing agency. At that time the customer Mr. Baytan, realized that he had changed his address which apparently was not reported to the DMV as they require. The GM asked him to check with the Post Office to see if it was delivered and sent back. The customer’s refund was issued during his visit to the dealership. Mr. Baytan thanked the Sales Manager Jeff Frankel and the GM, Bill Dodge, and left MB of Huntington. The salesman, Anthony will follow up to see if he (Mr. Baytan) was able to locate the title

I was a 1st time Mercedes buyer and my sales rep JR was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I knew the car I wanted and he just made the leasing experience wonderful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly from the front desk, maintenance workers, to the managers themselves. I was not pushed into anything I did not want. Everyone was straight forward with the finance numbers and there wasn't any hidden fees. This was the first dealership I went IN and OUT in very little time. JR was very thorough in his explanation of the new gadgets in my vehicle and it will not take me long to get accustomed to it. If you are thinking about getting a Mercedes-Benz, JR is the person to see. A++ Highly recommend.

I've been a customer since they opened the doors and have purchased and serviced many vehicles since. Eric and Ron in Service are the best in the business. I've never had a bad experience ever. Service is second to none. My sales advisor's Brian and Anthony work as a team and are great to work with. Keep up the good work!

It is not easy to be a service staff in a top brand car station! I have met different service staffs in different Mercedes Benz service station! But the staffs in Huntington Station are really the best I have ever met! They are kind and responsible for whatever they promised. On May 24 2014, I checked out and picked up my car. But I found I needed paint for some minor repair. Mr Rich Werner tried to find some but there was no paint available in the color. Then he promised to order it for me. Today I found he had got them for me! I do appreciate it and I think any body going there for services at Huntington Station shall feel confident ........
