We met Bill over 4 years ago and enlisted his help in selling our house in Hopkinton. He gave us a well informed appraisal and very good advice, not to mention compiling a really great marketing brochure. We ended up deciding not to to sell at that time. We did however, keep in touch and when the time was right for us to sell we contacted him. Never any pressure from him, just honest sensible advice. He is always on the ball, returning calls, emails and texts almost immediately. He is a pleasure to work with and we continue to recommend him to our friends. Good Job Bill

Hey Bill, Thank you for all your hard work helping Karen and I to sell our home in Hopkinton and buy a new one in Framingham. We appreciate that you always returned our calls and answered our e-mails so promptly even when out of town or on vacation. We were really impressed with your knowledge of real estate. There were so many forms to sign, and things to get done, and you managed to keep us on track. Your referrals for the home inspector, painters, mortgage broker and lawyer were also excellent. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with you. Karen & I will definitely recommend you to anyone we know who needs to buy or sell their home. Thanks sooooo much!

Bill is an excellent Realtor in the greater Hopkinton, MA area. I've known Bill for almost a year and recommend him to my friends and family members. Whenever I hear someone mention they are selling their house, or looking for one to buy, I always mention Bill. He is a great real estate resource! One of the things that really makes Bill stand out from the rest is his ability to build lasting relationships whether it's in person or online with people across the world. I've known Bill for many years and have always regarded him as very knowledgeable and hardworking. He is the first person I think to call if I have any questions concerning real estate and he willing gives accurate and professional advice. His awareness of market trends, property values and marketing is what makes him a valuable factor in saving time and money. His accomplishments speak for themselves and I’m never surprised to hear he continues to top the lists of success. Bill has sold 2 properties for me in the past few years. He always shows up on time and prepared, advises and educates, communicates in a timely manner and makes you feel secure that you have picked the best person for the job.

We met Bill while looking at one of his listings. We had interviewed several other agents to help us with the sale of our home, but decided one more opinion couldn't hurt. Bill's review of our home was very candid and we found his appraisal refreshing. It is our belief that others had placed a higher value on our home just to earn the contract, but would have caused problems when it didn't sell quickly. Their appraisals could not be backed up with the proper evidence from prior sales. The first 60 - 90 days are critical and pricing your home incorrectly the first time could lead to a lengthy listing and reduced ultimate selling price. We were very impressed with his marketing strategy and we had an offer within 30 days. It all happened so fast that it put us behind schedule on finding our new home. Bill once again came through and we were able to close on the new house the same day as the sale of our old home. Moving can be a very stressful situation, especially when you have three young children. Bill was always willing to do whatever was needed to help us with the move and we highly recommend his services.
