What Are Reasonable Home Inspection Requests?
What is reasonable and not reasonable when it comes to home inspections is open to debate.

There are, however, some things worth considering that are just common sense. For example if you clearly noticed that there is a window seal gone in one of the living room windows before you made your offer don't ask for the seller to fix it.

In the article you will see what to discuss with your real estate agent when considering home inspection repairs you think should be made. There are things mentioned that should not be brought up to be fixed like cosmetic or inexpensive items.

There are also other helpful home inspection resources worth checking out from +Paul Sian, +Kyle Hiscock and +Xavier De Buck.

We met Bill over 4 years ago and enlisted his help in selling our house in Hopkinton. He gave us a well informed appraisal and very good advice, not to mention compiling a really great marketing brochure. We ended up deciding not to to sell at that time. We did however, keep in touch and when the time was right for us to sell we contacted him. Never any pressure from him, just honest sensible advice. He is always on the ball, returning calls, emails and texts almost immediately. He is a pleasure to work with and we continue to recommend him to our friends. Good Job Bill

Bill is an excellent Realtor in the greater Hopkinton, MA area. I've known Bill for almost a year and recommend him to my friends and family members. Whenever I hear someone mention they are selling their house, or looking for one to buy, I always mention Bill. He is a great real estate resource! One of the things that really makes Bill stand out from the rest is his ability to build lasting relationships whether it's in person or online with people across the world. Bill was chosen at our attorneys direction to sell our home through a very contentious divorce. I am not sure if our attorneys or Bill knew the challenges he would face. On most occasions Bill was meet with resistance, personal barbs and attacks from an uncooperative home owner. Bill was put in a difficult position but always maintained his professionalism and enthusiasm for his work. He always put forth his best and was most instrumental in selling our home. It is easy to understand why he is so highly respected for his work. Bill, I am most grateful for all of your hard work and support. You went above and beyond any expectations. Linda Walker

I've known Bill for many years and have always regarded him as very knowledgeable and hardworking. He is the first person I think to call if I have any questions concerning real estate and he willing gives accurate and professional advice. His awareness of market trends, property values and marketing is what makes him a valuable factor in saving time and money. His accomplishments speak for themselves and I’m never surprised to hear he continues to top the lists of success. Bill has sold 2 properties for me in the past few years. He always shows up on time and prepared, advises and educates, communicates in a timely manner and makes you feel secure that you have picked the best person for the job.

Bill was a pleasure to work with during the sale of our existing Milford home as well as the purchase of our new home. He did an outstanding job in keeping us informed on all issues that arose along the way. His follow up was excellent and we truly appreciate the thoroughness he showed at all times during this process. Nothing was overlooked in what can be a stressful process. Bill sold our home in 1 day! We were thrilled as we already had an agreement on our new home. He was very reassuring in his ability to sell our existing home quickly but to us this was far beyond what we had hoped for. In conclusion, we always will recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Our experience was extremely positive and it is a pleasure to write this review for someone who works very hard to make sure his job is done well. John and Janice Bouchard
