Man of contradictions, my opinions will shock you inevitably at a moment.
The life and numerous experiences taught me how to think by myself, not to accept any fact or word without to call them into question.
I don't trust the mediacracy and I verify any information before to spread, or comment, them.
I'm one of those who disassemble almost everything for pleasure even when devices are absolutely not malfunctionning.
I work especially on man/machine interfaces and security/cryptography −and I worked and still work on many open source projects− so my opinions might appear you paradoxical because for common users I'm seeking −almost− always for the good ratio between openness, security, and ease to use.
I hate fanboys, openness extremists, extremist believers, and politics stucked in predefined models.
I consider our world as a world of humans. So it's a living world and, as such, an evolving world.
I consider that people wanting to rule and make rules have to be reconsidering their minds and acts at any moment to do the right job, make the right choices (event the ones that the crowd could be consider as the most extremist), and be prepared to next evolutions for people, and most especially for future generations.
I don't trust in the anarchistic theory that the world might be a better one with extremist direct democracy because that one would lead inevitably to the rise of extremist clan leaders and because of their influence to a return to a sort of tribal age with an awful decline of science and modernity.
Science and modernity are not the problem but the solution.
Humanity used to be like a child with a gun with each new technology and fossil ressources, but we are more mature now (even if we are only like teenagers now...).
We are beginning to rationalize our practices and transform them to be more "future generations well being compliant". We just need to communicate more about each project but we must not slow down or block them because for each application and discovery we can't expect the side applications or findings we might do.
And if we care really about social things and others well being we must stop the separatism madness and embrace federalist model, and look always towards the world federalist utopia.
So if it's too much for you (and there is more...), please don't circle me.
I am what I am and if I change my mind it will be because I should have to reconsider certain things by myself and not to please to anyone.
