#ifihadglass   I would improve firefighter safety by providing firefighters pre-fire planning maps with hazards and escape routes in low visibility circumstances, location services helping track accountability of firefighters. It will supply real-time video feeds to incident commanders and instructions like “EVACUATE NOW!" or “VICTIM REAR BEDROOM” to firefighters.

That's the sort of application which will really make a difference.  I think the pundits are consistently underestimating Google Glass
Wow, there are at least 5 great ideas embedded in that post! Congrats on your win and I am looking forward to following your app development and how it guides the development of other apps for workers in hazardous environments.
Thank you, someone must have seen some sort of announcement list. I haven't received any sort of notification yet.
That is cool. I had no idea. Thanks Jeremy.
Congratulations!  I am so happy for you.  Thought your app was one of the most creative and had a potential for offering so much more to the growth of Glass then most of us dreamed of.  It is good to see one of our quiet heroes have a chance to develop the future.
Really like your idea and looking forward to see how it develops :-)
+David Famolari Very interesting ... I was unaware that Verizon had that in development.  I think that this becomes possible with the D-Block allocations being freed up.  Thank you for pointing this out.
Brilliant idea. I'm looking forward to see what you can do with the glasses.
