To all of my friends and family who have donated, thank you! Your generosity has pushed me super close to my goal of $1,000!

However, there is still work to be done! Please share my posts or fundraising page. Odds are, you know someone who is living with MS. By donating, you are supporting your friends, neighbors and family members who are fighting every day.

I’m so proud of our team. What started off with two of us two years ago has blossomed into a fleet of 11 riders and we hope to add more! If you ride, join our team, The Donny Dozen, in our quest to do what we can to help those who suffer, and hopefully stomp out MS once and for all.

It’s no secret that I’m an emotional guy. I cried like a baby at my wedding. I got pretty choked up the first time I rode my bicycle 500+ miles across the state of Iowa. It should come as no surprise that I have been fighting back tears each year I’ve participated in the MS 150.

Cycling is something I love. While I’m not super fast, I’m good at it. I can ride all day long. All week long. I can’t imagine life without my bike.

Two years ago when I first participated in the MS 150, I didn’t expect to see people suffering from MS pedaling the route. It was inspiring.

There was a lady riding on the back of a tandem that had to be physically removed by her teammates and lifted into a wheelchair at each rest stop. After a short break, she was back on the bike and pedaling through the same hilly miles as I was.

MS is a terrible disease that hits everyone differently. My father-in-law, Don, deals with it every day. In the time I’ve know him, I’ve seen the disease progress.
While there isn’t much I can do to physically remove the burdens upon him, I can do what I’m good at. Riding my bike. And with your support, we can work towards making this disease a thing of the past.

If you ride, join our team, Bike MS: TOYOTA Best Dam Bike Tour - The Donny Dozen, in our quest to do what we can to help those who suffer, and hopefully stomp out MS once and for all.

If you don’t ride, support our team. Make a donation. Odds are, you know someone who is living with MS. By donating to us, you are supporting your friends, neighbors and family members who are fighting every day.

Please share this post and join our fight.

I spent a lot of time in January and February shooting photos for projects that weren't running for a few months. Well, they've run and here are a few I enjoyed.

You know I'm in trouble when my mug shot runs in the paper.
