I think you forgot to mention there are also Darth Vader voices in the game.

and I was surprised you didn't show us the 3D mode landspeeder's where you have to take down AT-AT walker by putting cable around its legs. The experience was just like the movie. Mind blowing.

I was very excited hearing "The force is with you, young Skywalker, but you are not a jedi yet" also "Impressive, Most Impressive"

and I agree it was difficult, But I think of all 3 super star wars games's levels, the Second Death Star Run in Super Return of the Jedi is the hardest.
