Everything is going hi-tech. Now, the wine. Next one?
Wine has long been thought of as the domain of stuffy, know-it-all experts and cellars full of dusty bottles of expensive, vintage plonk. Yet, with wine gradually becoming the go-to beverage for millennials on both sides of the Atlantic, and apps like Vivino making wine even more accessible to the c...

Do you love your dog enough to keep him with you to the office?
How would your colleagues think about it?
By 2020, millennials will constitute 40% of the global workforce. This percentage could rise to more than three quarters by 2025 as more and more baby boomers move towards retirement.

That's something I do one hundred times a day!
Have you ever felt your cell phone vibrating, only to pull it out and see no reason for it? These phantom vibrations affect almost 90 percent of college students, according to a recent study cited by Robert Rosenberger, assistant professor in the Georgia Tech School of Public Policy.

I like to call them heart murmurs.

I keep mine in a shirt pocket but the reason so many students have it is because they keep them in a trouser pocket.  I won't say any more. :)

I make daily backups to the cloud and I've never felt so safe (as long as you can feel secure having a computer connected to Internet).
More and more people are discovering the convenience of using cloud storage as a service. Using it lets you access your files anywhere you are, especially that you can sync it in your other devices.

Curious.
International experts are far from convinced that North Korea actually conducted its first H-bomb test, which was reported by the country this week. In the meantime, South Korea is blasting pop music, weather, and news broadcasts and recorded criticisms of North Korea with loudspeakers on the bo...

Online privacy is a lost war.
WhatsApp is undoubtedly a go-to messaging platform for millions of people around the world, courtesy of its successful attempt to make communication on the go convenient and fun. However, its security concerns are still as problematic as they were when this app was first brought to life.

...and here comes... ¡¡¡the light-fi!!! :-)
Wi-Fi is everywhere—invisibly connecting laptops to printers, allowing smartphones to make calls or stream movies without cell service, and letting online gamers battle it out. That’s the upside.

Real science for Star Wars.
As Star Wars: The Force Awakens cleans up at the box office, researchers from Georgia Tech are taking a closer look at the science of the films. Here they answer five big questions about the worlds depicted in the movies and what’s possible in reality. 1.

This study says:
- More than one-third (36%) of people who share passwords in the United States have shared the password to their banking account.
- Last year, 594 million people worldwide were victims of online crime.

Do you really think we are so exposed?
Or it is just sensationalism (from a cybersecurity company)?

If one of every four Internet users are affected, then the definition of cybercrime in that study is too much extense: it can't be so many "crimes" online.
Global awareness of cybercrime is at an all time high. International news stories about stolen financial information have people more concerned about online security than ever before.

Life is not what it is, is what we make of it.
Introduction
Until the year 2000 I was a lawyer. Just another one.
Then, Internet came to change my life and in this century I've been editing websites.
I started with my database of legislation and then increased the catalog of web sites on a wide variety of topics.
Just now I'm basically working in the Lukor.net development.
I really love this Internet thing with all the good and bad that comes with it
