Did you know the blue light that emits from your electronic device can be the source of your bad sleep? Our bodies naturally produce a hormone called melatonin in the evening that allows our bodies to relax and fall asleep. The blue light from TV, Smartphones, Tablets, and Laptops all suppress our melatonin production causing us to have a more restless night.

Sleep Tip: Sleeping in a room where the temperature is somewhere between 62-70 degrees fahrenheit promotes a more restful sleep.
