what a great idea .. this should also be about manufactured products or in google goggles .. showing background information on products before you buy them .. like how many children worked on that etc...

Great Video .. Total Travel Times (thus average speed) would also be helpful. E.g. time from start to supercharger and then to destination ...

A very important Auto Magazine in Germany just recently did some FUD on Tesla Range in which they said, traveling at an exact average of 120kph would limit range to ~180km. That was obviously nonsense and met with some quite heavy resistance but in a re-test with 'heavy' rain they only managed about 258km. Now there are many errors in that 'test' (one was they did not really test the range anyway, they did some excel magic on a very limited dataset and extrapolated at first) but videos like this of the real-world will help a lot..

Matthias, thank you for your comment. Predicted time from our home to Supercharger Dorno was 4h12m, we were just a tiny bit faster - almost exactly 4h, so that's about 92km/h average, which is a lot if you take into account that most of it was driven in Switzerland and there were moments we had to slow down to 30 or 40km/h because of real heavy rain.

From Dorno to Portovenere, the last 240km, we were averaging at around 105km/h.

I know #amsgate  and it was one of my main motivations to have an example from the real world when someone mentions that "magazine" :)

also the app is excruciatingly slow to search which kind of makes finding similar issues more complicated than creating new issues (which adds to the sifting through overhead of ms)

Precisely! Slow and frustrating yet 'simple' in a way which doesn't make it good.
Still, at least there is a way to submit feedback.
Thanks for the share :)

The Rant .. true beauty if there was ever such a thing in a rant
Every friend I have with a job that involves picking up something heavier than a laptop more than twice a week eventually finds a way to slip something like this into conversation: "Bro,1 you don't work hard. I just worked a 4700-hour week digging a tunnel under Mordor with a screwdriver." ...

really nice explanation with real-world context on services/factories and providers in angular ...

should have been in the documentation itself to begin with, but even with slightly esoteric documentation angular is still best in class for me..
