There are three things that I have heard, four things that are true under the Lord:

a leaning wall, built on shifting sand, can be repaired and made upright

a candle should not be hidden but used to light the way for others; the Lord was a pillar of fire to be seen, not so we would look away

we should seek truth and not listen to lies, even when those lies seem to drive us to goodness; truth is true, and lies should be rejected

fear is the beginning of wisdom, but it is not the end; in God's light, fear will be banished

Upgrading to Windows 10 has been a disaster, by the way. Constant problems, so I recommend hanging back if you haven’t upgraded yet.

I have a Lenovo y510p. Games kept crashing, Steam wouldn't work reliably and by the end wouldn't even launch, Microsoft Office was throwing an error with every document, the system would halt regularly, shutting down or rebooting required a manual hard stop... just all kinds of problems.

Post wipe and clean install, it's working a LOT better and I'm well pleased.

Finally submitted my change of program form to get everything up to date. Also submitted my intent to graduate for December (Master of Science in Project Management).

My seminar paper is half the length I thought it would be. It's about as long as the longest undergrad religious studies paper I wrote, but where I had 40 sources for that one, this only requires 15.

I was generally unhappy with my undergrad experience, but I have to say, it prepared me well for graduate level work. Looks like both of my classes this last semester will be well-organized, which always makes them easier to handle.

I'll actually have one more class in the spring to finish a graduate certificate in conflict and dispute resolution. It feels like it's all downhill from here, though.

Remember that blog I started last year, Meta-Manage, where I was going to write about management stuff? I wouldn’t blame you for forgetting about it, since I regularly seem to forget about it too. Anyways, I’m hoping to start writing there more often. I…
