Do you prefer cash games or tournament poker? For our UK editor, there's no contest. Here's why.
He admits it's a personal preference, but Matthew Pitt prefers multi-table poker tournaments over cash games. And he has lots of reasons why.

Cowboys. That's the best way to describe them, although it gives cowboys a bad name. Bought a Fiat Punto from them in October for £1,995 and within two days it broke down three times. Catalina refused a refund saying the Sales of Goods Act did not apply to them. I threatened to take them to court and they basically said they would see me there because I had to allow them to try and fi the car. They "fixed" the car some three weeks later but on the way home it died again. To their credit, Catalina did pay for the car towing from my house to their site, but they then kept it for more than a month without even an offer of a courtesy car. We never got the car back, instead they replaced it like-for-like, which would have been OK had it not been faulty too! The Engine Management light came on during the drive home, but Catalina promised to scan the engine for me. They took the car back to replace a cable in the seat that allowed access to the rear seats (the repair didn't work BTW) and said they had scanned the ECU and nothing showed. What they had in fact done was disconnect the battery for a couple of hours to reset it because my dashboard clock was incorrect and flashing! I paid for the car scanning at my local garage and they magically found the fault code for a faulty coil pack and then found evidence the ECU was damage. This meant we were facing a total bill of around £460. Not to worry because Catalina sell their cars with a "Peace of Mind" 12-month warranty, don't they? What a crock of shit. The warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. Upon calling the warranty company I was informed that electrical problems were only covered up to £100 and that I would have to pay the first £30 anyway! To recap: the customer service at Catalina is nothing short of horrific. They are fine when you're giving them your money, but as soon as any problems surface they clam up and take the line of "tough shit mate." Their reputation is tarnished throughout the local area with only chumps like me from out of town falling for their garbage. Hopefully this review and the one by the guy who traded the RX8 in will help put people off this cowboy outfit and they suffer financially like I and probably 100s of others have.
