This is, "Bailey."
On Monday someone drove to the top of our street and dropped her off. No collar or tags. She has obviously been abused - significantly.
We are NOT seeking the "owners" - aka: Jackasses.
It took us two days to catch her. Ultimately, Sara crawled beneath a patio in a neighbors house, where Baby was hiding. She fed her hotdogs while slipping a leash over her head. I had to really pull to get Baby out of that area - but she did walk home with Sara on leash.
I promised I would NOT take her to the shelter. She would NEVER be adopted with her fear and skittish personality.
Over the past couple of days, she has started approaching and playing with Sara. She will NOT enter the house or our extra room but she wants to.
At some point, we need to re-home her but she needs remedial attention to help her overcome her abuse as much as possible.
Sigh... our life with animals.
