Hopefully I have added two photos from the early hours this morning.
I was having trouble to sleep so I decided to get up and I wanted some heating on so before getting out of bed, I thought i'd put the heating on via my (Android v4.4.4) phone.
These are the screenshots I saw when I checked the hot water in case I had the same problem. It is a good job I did!
If I keep having this problem and another very large bill, surely I should be compensated due to it not working correctly???
Makes me want to leave Hive sooner, rather than later now or will it work correctly when Android 5.x is installed?
Not a happy customer at all!
