This Year I'm Gonna...
Hello music mortals!
I miserably failed my 2014 new year's resolution to learn a new language. (I threw a dart at the board and it landed on French) So I'm making a promise to myself that I will not let another year go by without trying to improve upon myself. Which begs the question... did you not complete a new year's resolution? If so what was it? And what are you going to do about it?

I've given this a lot of thought. If time travel is ever made possible, I'm thinking I would simply visit myself as a 7 yr old boy. I would tell myself to answer every adult with the following response... "Yes, I DO have a license to sell hot dogs"

After taking a shower this evening, I stared at myself in the mirror and contemplated things for a while. I realized that I have achieved a perfect Zen moment. I have simultaneously become both fat and clean. I have become... "Flean"

The nation gives thanks ... for what? I was never a William Burroughs fan, but I nonetheless find myself thinking about his 1986 "Thanksgiving Prayer," surely one of the most caustic (and insightfu...

Lol. No, I've actually not recorded much in quite some time. My computer has been down and I've not had the time to fix it. Lots of good lyrics though. Always jotting stuff down to "record at a later date"...but that day never seems to come.

You know how that goes I'm sure.

I'm Just Sayin
So the NJ Devils have shut out the Fla Panthers tonight by a score of 4-0. The series is now tied 2-2. The Devs lost game 3 by giving up a 3-0 lead. What was the difference? I played my guitar throughout the entire game tonight. Yes. Apparently my guitar playing has magical powers. You need proof you say? Well... during a penalty kill by the Devs, I was not playing my guitar and they were not doing so well. Once I started playing again, the Panthers took a penalty of their own. There you have it.

President and founding member of New Jersey Wild Ice Hockey. (A local youth ice hockey club.) The organization consists of 5 teams with age groups ranging from 6 to 17 yrs old. The NJ Wild is an independent organization that competes at the AA level.

I also volunteer my time as much as possible, working in the kitchen at a homeless shelter in Union City, NJ and often can be found playing my guitar for the children who attend the shelter's after school program.

In addition, I am actively involved with a wolf (and wolf dog) rescue organization in Jackson, NJ called Howling Woods Farm. I speak at many different events, representing Howling Woods, educating audiences regarding wildlife conservation, wolves and wolf dog hybrid ownership.
