Prev · Spiders vs. the Sun. Which has a greater gravitational pull on me: the Sun, or spiders? Granted, the Sun is much bigger, but it is also much further away, and as I learned in high school physics, the gravitational force is proportional to the square of the distance. —Marina Fleming ...

It's like the medical establishment couldn't recognize that high blood sugar is a symptom of type 2 diabetes and not the cause. It's all about the insulin levels... go low carb and watch what you eat!

Warning: gross pics

What happens when you rob a home in a country where one can't own a gun so the homeowner opts for a katana. Gun ownership suddenly looks much nicer.

The food is great but I suggest you get your food to go and find a nicer place to eat. The patrons are incredibly rude and disgusting. Most have no concept of lines, respecting someone who was waiting before them or just leaving a person alone while they are trying to eat in peace. They're almost child like only less polite. Ah... but it is California.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't trust these folks. Lost money just trying to get in for a first visit via groupon. I tried to reschedule the appointment which they claimed wasn't a problem and it wouldn't cost me. I asked to be sure even. It got f'd up when the secretary wasn't there to do her job. The man just canceled the appointment and said the secretary would call me back to reschedule it. NOPE! Treated as a cancel and demanded more money which I couldn't afford. Another pathetic business in SoCal.

tl;dr Horrible business ethic. They hate their customers. This business never returns calls. I've been calling multiple times a day for the last 4 days and leaving a message in the mornings because no one ever answers the freaking phone. They apparently never check their voicemail either, pathetic. I finally got through today and tried to be as polite as possible because I really wanted this reservation. The girl on the other end was incredibly rude and rather distracted by something. I had to abandon my birthday party plans because they were just now fully booked for this Saturday. Ridiculous!

Not that useful to me as they really don't have much of anything useful computer or science related. They tend to be over priced as well. There are other larger chain book stores that are better suited for my needs. I do sometimes look at sci-fi or self-help books that I plan to purchase from Amazon or Half though.
