The service has always been exemplary. The service staff has been unfailingly prompt, communicative, forthright, considerate and kind. The lounge is a luxury occasion and every aspect of service has been top quality. I look forward to being a customer of this establishment for many years.

Mike at Marina was an amazing salesperson. I contacted them via their website and was treated with respect from the get-go. I was a demanding client, too - I needed to lease a red Prius on short notice, right before catching a flight from LAX, and he made it happen. I felt really well-informed at each step and was supported by all the staff, but especially Mike. Overall, it was a terrific car buying experience, and as someone in the automotive field, I find that is a rare privilege.

Wonderful experience overall, especially with the Customer Service. We had brought in a laptop to be exchanged due to a minor performance issue. Absolutely no obstacles were raised. However, we lacked the original cover on the laptop. Even though our 30-day period for exchange was about to elapse, they were kind enough to extend it another week until the original cover could be retrieved. After it was, and we arrived to exchange the laptop, the staff was exceptionally helpful in locating a superior version for us, even though it was at a lower price. Courtney at Customer Service was a delight to deal with, and Chris in the Computer department was knowledgeable, friendly and took initiative. Courtney operated as an executive, assisting us in all manners. I highly recommend the staff at this location.

Amazing as it is to find a genuine Russian restaurant and deli in Orange County, it is even more amazing that one as high-quality and affordable as Russian Gourmet at 22722 Lambert Street has set down roots. Prepare to be amazed. Russian Gourmet opened two weeks ago and is already drawing a loyal lunch crowd. It is a tidy location in a modest mini-mall, well-stocked with distinctive fare from Belarus to Siberia. Rare candies are shelved alongside spices labeled in Cyrillic. But the main attraction for the casual visitor or Russian connoisseur are its prepared dishes. The menu is extensive and a la carte. This translates to exceptional prices, with entrees averaging a County-low $2.50 a plate. The quality is easily beyond that. Their first lunch special—the staple of Russian tables, borsch—is an exquisite balance of natural broth and abundant chunks of beets and meat. Served in a Styrofoam bowl, it is subtly spiced and amply filling. I also sampled a pirozschk and found it to have top-tier sausage that revealed layers of flavor. The kebab was lamb of the best cut; savory and rich in taste while still being lean of fat. With both of these items winning high marks, I am sure to return to explore the rest of their menu. Vegetarian choices are not in short supply either, with egg-based pirogis in a variety of options and a selection of salads. Russian Gourmet is an experience not to be missed—an affordable adventure into Eastern European cuisine for the dabbler and a vindication of trans-Volga delights for those accomplished in this rare and toothsome fare.

Tustin Nissan has more than a few outstanding qualities. Here's the shiny list of them: Top of the list has to be that they have a heap of Nissan LEAFs. Chances are that if you're seeking a LEAF, you'll find it here. Other dealers might entice you with LEAF models from their virtual inventory, but chances are you'll wind up here. So there's one quality: Lots of Nissan LEAFs. We wound up here at only a half an hour before closing, but Scott, Alyss (sp) and Milton put in the extra hour to check us out on the car, get it washed and ready, and handle our financing. There's another: They work late on your behalf, and don't rush. They also honored a financing line we'd already secured through another dealership. And given that our LEAF was stained in places by bird droppings, they've offered to buff if out for free. There's the third: They honored a high standard of quality, even at an expense to them. Last but not least, when an error in financing arose, they paid for it. They could have fought that, but they didn't. In sum, they've treated us well, at their expense, and with courtesy every step of the way. Scott, Alyss and Milton have taken a personal involvement in our buying experience. We look forward to continued business, especially when we arrive for the buffing they've promised. They also have free popcorn.

Outstanding selection of quality BBQ at affordable prices. It's a great, no-frills alternative to a larger and more expensive BBQ joint, such as Lucille's. Joey's still has dynamite quality and a diverse menu featuring many Southern and Los Angeles favorites. I tried out the L.A. Street Dog yesterday and was absolutely delighted.
