I am a Design Manufacturing Engineer at Thomas & Betts. T&B is a foremost electrical components manufacturing company headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. Previously, I was a Project Controls Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories. Previous to that experience, I worked as a Graduate Student Engineer at Intel Corporation and an M.S.
researcher for the University of New Mexico. I graduated from New Mexico
State University in Las Cruces, N.M. with a Bachelors in Mechanical
Engineering. Currently, I am working in the MARHES Laboratory as a
Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineer. I came into my current robotics
research through the department of Manufacturing Engineering. While
helping to offer a mechanical and manufacturing point of view for the
project, I am also learning about Robotic Operating Systems, autonomous
mobile robots, robot kinematics, etc. After my M.S./M.B.A., I plan to
apply the knowledge gained throughout my college and graduate education
to the semiconductor industry.
