When this wiki article states that a black dwarf (ex-) star takes longer than the Universe's age to cool down from its white dwarf state... hold long is that exactly?

There are estimates thrown in, ranging from 10^15 to 10^37 years... what is the shortest cooling time possible? What external factors could speed this up?

In other words, is there a plausible scenario where a black dwarf could be created naturally?

I guess this questions would interest +Rhys Taylor.
