What will smartphones look like in five years? Or ten? What sort of amazing things will they be able to do?

so i have decided to bag on google+ for the time being. i am not experiencing the kind of interaction i like in order to make a social network worth the energy input. i may be back if/when usage increases. in the mean time, i'll be focusing my efforts in the places where i'm getting the greatest response, and i would like to invite you to find me in any of those places if you happen to be there:

Tweeting about things going viral, traffic, and Medium, I decided to check you out on G+ and I noticed you have posted a couple of posts in March 2013 subsequent to your Aug 2011 post. I note you only have 54 people in your circles, maybe you would like me to share one of my large circles with you? But I doubt you will match your high Twitter follower count, 82,889 is very impressive but I am sure you if you had a similar amount of followers on G+ you would see much more user interaction.

On the issue of Medium, I think a Blogger template in a Medium style could be generally much more social than Medium (assuming you have an equal number of followers on G+ compared to your Twitter/medium followers).  A Blogger template in a medium style could link up to a G+ community where social interaction is high, for example the Google Help community  (https://plus.google.com/communities/115758385206378551362), which would then allow users to raise the profile of the blogs and interact more socially regarding their blogging, which I think could be far superior to Medium.

I've been to a few different chiropractors over the years, and Brian is by far the best. His clinic feels more like a physical therapy gym than a doctor's office. It is bright and airy, and the staff is friendly and smiling all the time. My visits there have always been speedy, and Brian really seems to understand the whole picture, as far as nutrition, exercise, and even pharmaceuticals. If you see him on a regular basis, it will improve your entire life.

The receptionist is very rude, both on the phone and in person. The hygienist will condescendingly lecture you on your tooth care the entire time she has her fingers stuck in your mouth. Dr. Heck will rush in and make an appearance for all of three minutes. They will push Xrays and procedures on you even if you don't need them in order to get more money out of your insurance company. And if you have children, you had better watch them very closely, because they will attempt to perform procedures on your kids without consulting you first. We are switching dentists.

Sadly, I will probably not ever go to The Nines again or ever recommend it to anyone. Although I like the atmosphere and the pizza, all the many other comments here about the abysmal quality of service at this restaurant are not an exaggeration. We came in for a lunch during a weekday, and we were pretty much the only ones ordering. Although our waiter brought out our pitcher of beer quickly, the service went steadily downhill after that. It literally took an hour for us to get our pizza. Our waiter forgot to put in the order for our salad, and it came out 20 minutes after our pizza did. It also took us at least 15 minutes just to get a pitcher of water for the children. My honest impression is that the people working there on that day must have been smoking something. There was definitely a high level of mental impairment going on, like "Oh, you want some water on a hot day for your kids. I'll see if I can remember to do that at some point. In the mean time I'm going to wander around aimlessly while you watch and wonder WTF I am doing."
