After delays, Apple finally launched HealthKit as part of iOS 8 on the iPhone. Even with a selection of compatible apps and expectations of broad device and electronic records integration, some healthcare professionals remain hesitant about accepting or encouraging its use.
Matt, The Biggest Reason Windows 10 met and surpassed Windows XP ( in terms of usage ) was- First Microsoft's 'Failure to Support' and subsequent Secure Sockets Layer Problems with Internet Servers- Followed by Google's Decision to Follow Suit. XP Users were literally forced to Bail-Out in droves. Unprecidented I Might Add."

West Coast Bureau Chief, Business Insider
I am returning to Business Insider as their West Coast Bureau Chief in November 2014.
I most recently created and ran CITEworld, an IDG enterprise publication devoted to the consumerization of IT. During my first stint at Business Insider, I established the San Francisco bureau and enterprise technology coverage and helped define strategy for the BI Intelligence research service. Prior to that, I worked for 10 years as an analyst for Directions on Microsoft and blogged about digital music for CBS Interactive. I started in tech journalism at CNET.com in 1995.
I also play bass. Less now that I have kids.
Had a baby, got a new job, sold a house in four days, and moved to California -- all between August and November of 2010.

Very expensive, about $90 per person, and they charge extra for preferred line skipping -- the lines are epic for the good rides -- and parking. That wouldn't be so bad but the rides are really mediocre, like a small regional amusement park. Lots of stuff broken or under construction. Time share sales right in the middle of the park. Left feeling ripped off, feels like a money grab.
Stumbled into this place after walking out of another joint down on the main tourist drag, and was very impressed -- food is legitimate, spicy if you want it. Only drawback is no liquor license, but if you walk to the Kona Brewpub in the next parking lot, you can bring a growler over and they will chill glasses for you. Very nice people and great food.
