You know, I totally understand now after just walking down -- I mean straight up -- Queen Anne just now. Nobody told me there would be hills!

That's also a pretty accurate portrayal of bed hair.

Warning: rant.

Having to use SharePoint for anything at work makes me really grumpy. I don't know why anyone would use this over Google docs. This is one of the worst pieces of software I have ever used.

I die a little every time I have to interact on SharePoint with the PMO. Confluence is much better. At least I know when I hit the check-in button I won't have to reapply my edits to the same doc and repeat.

I wasn't worried about this elevator ride to start, but I might be a little now.

Delicious food. The second time we went was just as good as the first. The restaurant was accommodating for our child. Definitely recommend.

Delicious poutine. That's pretty much all they serve: a few dozen varieties of authentic poutine, along with pickles and drinks if you like. The staff have always been super-friendly and the food itself is delicious. I can recommend both the Loaded Veggie and Veggie Nacho poutines. Their website listed a breakfast poutine that was available at one point, but sadly doesn't seem to be on the menu - I would have loved to try that.
