It can be considered creepy at times, but as a consumer I like that some of the advertisements I see are related to my search history. Online ads are inevitable. I'd rather have ads tailored to my history that help me learn about new deals on products that I considered purchasing in the past versus ads for things I have no need or desire for.

Today, consumers are researching twice the number of sources they did a year ago, just prior to making a purchase. The Google Display network can be a powerful way of targeting these users who are ready to purchase, but haven't decided who they will buy from. Find out how to use Google's latest products to target the GDN specifically to potential customers who have a high intent to purchase.

Great infographic on what franchisees should know about digital marketing: http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/242251
Many franchisees report that they aren't receiving the guidance they need to effectively advertise online. Here's why that needs to change.

Agreed!

We're glad that other people are recommending a strategy that we've been implementing for certain franchise clients since 2012:

Creating Awesome Infographics

Excellent article giving you a step-by-step guide on to create some great inforgraphics for your customer base. I really like the idea of using Quora as customer research to find questions that people are looking for answers to; it's a great idea that I'll definitely be applying in the future.

Very polite, intelligent repairmen who showed up on time and quickly solved my hvac problem. I really appreciate their work and recommend them to anyone who lives in Nashville and, like me, needs an outside specialist for heating and air conditioning services.
