Warning : if you intend on using Windows 10 you might want to consider disabling a really stupid feature called "WiFi Sense". I thought Microsoft had started to learn? #facepalm #Windows10
Wi-Fi Sense in Windows 10 takes the headache out of managing Wi-Fi networks, but some people have security and privacy concerns. Here's how to disable it.

The lorry driver here is taking that corner way too fast! I wouldn't trust him in a milk float. I hope he isn't ever allowed behind the wheel of a motorised vehicle again.

Yet you can see him coming in surely the size of it gives it away he will be on the wrong side of the road.

A grim reminder of why you can't really trust the media, the police or "witnesses".

"he was challenged and refused to obey an order"

"his clothing and behaviour added to their suspicions"

"Police warned the man, who ran on to the station platform. Witnesses said the officers opened fire as he jumped on to a train"

"the man was challenged and refused to obey police instructions"

"Mark Whitby told BBC News he had seen a man of Asian appearance"

"He ran, they followed him"

"Anthony Larkin, told BBC News the man appeared to be wearing a bomb belt with wires coming out"

"Then the man burst in through the door to my right"

"One person says the man vaulted the automatic ticket barriers"

"he apparently refuses to obey instructions"

All complete lies. "Mark Whitby" and "Anthony Larkin" were never challenged by the media as to why they attempted to discredit a civilian who had just been shot dead by the police. I wonder what they went on to tell their friends and family when their lies were revealed?

The shooting of a man in London's Stockwell station was "directly linked" to anti-terror operations, police say.

Ripping music and films is illegal again after High Court overturns new law. This makes it a lot more fun just like the good old days. The music industry always finds new levels of stupid.
It's now illegal - again - to copy CDs or DVDs you've bought to put onto your MP3 player, your computer or other devices.

The BBC Micro Bit is going to be given out for free to all Year 7 (11-12 year olds) in the UK. I'm missing out by only a few years (decades!). #MicroBit
Today saw the release of the final Micro Bit design. It looks slightly different to the prototype revealed in March but it boasts some interesting features. The board still has the 25 LED grid and two switches but has dropped the coin cell holder in favour of a generic battery connector.

1984. Car navigation ten years before GPS was available.

"Etak realized that digital mapping was not just an exercise in codifying public spaces and residential addresses. It could provide optimal routes to commercial places as well, and that interested Australian media mogul Rupert Murdoch. With this in mind, his firm, News Corporation, bought Etak in 1989 for around $25 million. Soon after, Stan Honey became VP of technology for News Corp."
With backing from Atari's cofounder, an engineer-navigator brought high-tech driving directions to carsduring the Reagan Administration.

The coffee and cake was nice but the prices can only be described as extortionate. The place is a den of thieves and should be avoided. Yes you expect to pay a premium in a tourist hotspot but I felt like I had been mugged when we left. Please avoid at all costs. I can't imagine you will find a more expensive cafe in the whole of Italy.
