I love this article of yours.  Especially the part where you say veganism will be more expensive.  Few vegan advocates will admit that, and the denial really doesn't help people trying to make the transition.  Kudos for getting into the mainstream media.

New post on No Meat Athlete, based on a problem that so many people have reported in some phone calls I've done with readers recently.

One of my favorite-yet episodes of the No Meat Athlete podcast, with Rip Esselstyn of Engine 2 Diet fame!

Hey Emily, I'm not sure. It's a stock image I bought from (I think) Shutterstock.

Pumped to listen to this one! Doesn't get much better than a discussion between +Rich Roll and T. Colin Campbell.

"Didn't you hear? The China Study was debunked!" - this seems to be a popular quip tossed about the internet without much inquiry, based upon a few blogs (primarily Denise Minger / Weston A. Price Foundation). But is it true? Hear the response from the regal lion of plant-based himself T. Colin Campbell -- author The China Study & star of FORKS OVER KNIVES -- in #RRP 79 - a long, thoughtful conversation on the power of plants to heal and what is going on with this "debunking" business. Not to be missed, this is a podcast I am quite proud of & worthy of your time. Hope you enjoy the talk.

Great conversation with +Matt Frazier of No Meat Athlete on this week's episode of +Story Signals - We talk about creating vs consuming,  being intentional with our time, and how we shouldn't worry about narrow niches in our community.

There are so many other great questions and story lines we follow and wrestle with in this interview, and I know you’ll enjoy the lessons from this episode.

Funny, I'm on my own coffee journey right now, too. I spent the last year hand-grinding and using Aeropress, just like you are! Then I got into pour overs and different brewing methods for that. And yes, it's VERY inconvenient. Especially compared to the Keurig machine that's now gathering cobwebs in our garage. :)

Best of luck! I'll be interested to read your essay when you publish it.
