Why not try something new for 30 days?

I'm starting a new 30 day challenge: the month of no "should." Instead of tediously working down a list of all the little chores and errands that I "should" be doing, I'll work to listen to what that little voice inside me wants to do. I think it will be interesting.

Last month I tried waking up earlier in the morning. I figured "My cats try to wake me up at 5 a.m. anyway, so why not give it a shot?" The hope was that I'd go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. Instead, I still stayed up late, so I was pretty bleary when I got up early.

That's okay--even though the results were mixed, I still learned some useful lessons. For example, I learned that I'm not a very early morning person. :)
