My nephew Oscar was born with a profound hearing loss. He has been wearing hearing aids since he was 3 months old and will be getting cochlear implants on October 17th! The implants will finally give him the ability to hear! He will get to hear us tell him how much we love him, enjoy all the sounds that his favorite toys make as well as enjoy music. Most importantly the implants will give him the ability to become auditory & vocal! We are so grateful for all the resources that are available to him and can't wait to participate in this walk to support the Hearing Loss Association. Any local peeps that would like to join our team and walk to support Oscar, we would love to have you! We also appreciate any donations that you can make.

The Smith is your American restaurant serving for favorite comfort foods. My favorite is the chicken pot pie which is delicious. The wait and bar staff are very friendly and attentive. The place can get very packed and loud, if you are a person that doesn't mind that type of atmosphere.
Bon Chon chicken is a Korean BBQ and wings place. The service is very good. They are famous for their wings. I like the soy garlic myself. They have great happy hour specials. Also they do have multiple locations across the city.
The Stags head is my local watering hole, that I frequently go to. It is an American craft bar. They continually rotate their beers. The food is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable on the beers they serve and very friendly. If you are in the neighborhood I recomend stopping in.
